Le Carillon, the extension of the famed L’Angélus restaurant in Club Street, has been pioneering the French wine bar concept in the Ann Siang Hill/Club Street area. Since 2004, cold cuts from Lyon, cheese from Aléosse in Paris, home made terrines and foie gras, not forgetting the famed “crème brulée” have made the delights of regulars, enjoying the “atmospheric” ambiance created by the patina of time.

Le Carillon carries an extensive 100% French wine list, carefully selected and directly imported by the owners, Gabriel de Balasy and Philippe Hoyez, proud Chevaliers du Tastevin !
